Meaning
A garment of praise acts as a covering. It is like a weapon because it is a shield – a protection – from the attacks of the enemy. As we align our hearts in praise there is no room for doubt, fear, and other ploys of the enemy. Praise marches out ahead of the warriors just like the armies in biblical times who sent the worshipers in front of the fighters. Praise declares victory before the battle begins and as it rages. Praise ensures the outcome.
